Returns Policy

You can return any goods you purchase from us, for an exchange or a refund within 21 days from the purchase date, as long as the goods are unwashed and
unworn.

Please return your parcel to us, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return written clearly on this copy to ensure the returns claim is dealt with as swiftly as possible. Goods are returned to us at your own cost. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded delivery. You will not be charged for the exchanges we send you.

Once we have received the items back we will confirm by email that we are dealing with your return. You will receive your credit note or exchange within our target time of 21 days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock. You cannot exchange items from different season ranges.
